The Momentum Icon™ Grant was created to empower businesses and nonprofits driving change in their communities. With strategic support from a collective of sales and marketing experts, we invest in organizations ready to elevate their impact.

FOCUS AREAS

We prioritize initiatives in Economic Empowerment, Community Well-Being, Inclusion and Belonging, and Equity Advancement because we know these areas are critical to fostering equitable and thriving communities.

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for the Momentum Icon™ Grant, your organization must be located in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We welcome applications from businesses and nonprofits that have a solid business plan and are ready to implement a new marketing or sales strategy.

Applications are reviewed based on mission alignment, demonstrated community impact, business readiness, service alignment with our focus areas, and plans for future sustainability. Preference may be given to those serving underrepresented or economically marginalized communities.

Our founder, Felicia Ford, believes in the power of Change Makers who work tirelessly to uplift underrepresented communities. Through the generous donation of an anonymous donor, this grant is a testament to that belief, providing the resources needed to go beyond the status quo.

ABOUT MOMENTUM LAB

All grant applicants gain exclusive access to the Momentum Lab: Icon Edition, a three-month program offering collaborative, monthly strategy calls. Participants can brainstorm ideas, receive expert advice, and build connections in a space designed for creativity and growth. The next kick off call begins February 2025.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

A nonrefundable $35 administrative fee is required to cover the resources needed to review, process, and manage applications. This fee supports our commitment to delivering high-quality support and engagement for all applicants.
