Eligibility Disclaimer:The Momentum Icon Grant is designed to support women-owned and minority-owned businesses that align with Felicia Ford & Co.®'s mission of empowering Change Maker brands. While we prioritize these groups in our selection process, eligibility does not guarantee an award.

The grant review committee reserves the right to make subjective decisions in the best interest of achieving the program's goals.

No Guarantee of Award:Submission of an application does not guarantee receipt of the grant. Felicia Ford & Co.® reserves the right to award the grant to the applicant(s) who, in the judgment of the review committee, best meet the outlined criteria and align with the intended purpose of the grant.

Right to Modify or Cancel:Felicia Ford & Co.® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Momentum Icon™ Grant program at any time without prior notice, including the right to not award the grant if suitable candidates are not found or if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Liability Limitation:By submitting an application, applicants agree to release and hold harmless Felicia Ford & Co.®, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands that may arise from or in connection with the grant application process, the award, or the use of any grant funds or services provided.

Confidentiality and Data Use:All information submitted as part of the grant application will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating applications. Felicia Ford & Co.® will not share or disclose this information with third parties except as necessary for grant administration or as required by law.
